At Casa Suecia at NH Collection Madrid Suecia 5*, due to Madrid Hotel Week, we are organising a special vision for all to enjoy midday at the weekend: BBQ Brunch.

A full selection, specially designed for those who like to have a long (and late) breakfast that starts at 12.30 pm and can be enjoyed until 3.30 pm, along with the best views of Madrid in our roofed, glazed and acclimatised terrace. In addition to the usual Algo dulce, with an assortment of breads, a basket of croissants and pâtisserie, jams and butter, we have added Algo salado which includes nachos with guacamole, an assortment of Iberian cured meats, cheeses from around the world and a "bollu"(stuffed bread roll) with chistorra (curred sausage), chorizo and black pudding inside. Then dive into our main course stocked with the seafood, such as scallops, mussels, clams and prawns Casa Suecia style.

Delve into BBQ oven grilled, specially designed for sharing where you can find the Iberian secret of seasoned free-range chicken, beef with Yakiniku and jacket potato. And of course we can´t leave out the dessert. A tribute to chocolate lovers with a coulant accompanied by a selection of crêpes and fruit salad. Feeling thirsty? Coffee, tea and infusions, along with a variety of juices, flavoured waters and an open bar of Brut & Rosé. A gastronomic experience that you can enjoy together with a selection of cocktails divided amongst the four families: Swedish mimosas, Swedish mules, Swedish flowers, mojitos and Swedish mocktails.  May there never be a shortage of reasons to toast
