Discover this exclusive experience for World of Hyatt members staying at the Hyatt Regency Hesperia Madrid hotel, which will allow you to enjoy a private tour from 09:00h to 10:00hh before the Thyssen Museum opens its doors to the public. You will have access to the thematic tours: Diverse Love, The Culture of Wine, Fashion, Gastronomy and Jewellery; all of them with the museum's own guide.

From 9:00 to 10:00 you will only be able to visit either the permanent collection or the temporary exhibition. Once you have finished one of the two, you can visit what you have not visited on the closed visit, by requesting direct access at the preferential ticket office.

Reservations: The reservation is managed through the hotel, the guest interested in making the visit must go to the hotel reception giving 72 hour notice before the chosen day. It's important to indicate at the time of booking which visit you wish to make: 

- If the guided visit is to the permanent collection and then you wish to visit the temporary exhibition, you must request the first available time slot at the preferential ticket office.

- If the guided visit is to the temporary exhibition and then you wish to visit the permanent collection, you must request a ticket at the preferential ticket office that will allow direct access.
