The “Lucha de Gigantes” project was born from a great challenge; that art should not be perceived as another form of elitism but rather it is for everyone, especially minorities. This is why we have always wanted to be mirror and perpetuate the same ideology. Pop Art in the USA during the 60's as well as in Spain during the 80's, became less untainable and academically focused and more popular and common throughout our own households.

All of these factors birthed this new project which focuses on the very same trend because although it is very criticised, it is very alluring. The artists will make their own portraits made from photos they´ve taken themselves of people they admire or sparked a curiousity in them.  The potraits will show the artists own contemporary vision, much more modern than Pop Art. Our artists are: Pedro Almodóvar, Arturo Pérez-Reverte, Najwa Nimri, Ágatha Ruíz de la Prada, Palomo, Marta Etura, Lorenzo Castillo, Raúl Gómez, Hugáceo Crujiente, Dani Martínez.
