Made for two people, Barceló Torre de Madrid Hotel have arranged an elegant menu in their Restaurante Somos. This special menu includes, four entrees, a main, dessert and a bottle of Veuve Clicquot champagne.

• Entrees

· Bellota Iberian Ham served on “Pan de cristal(glass bread)” layered with grated tomato and olive oil

· Frothy Salmorejo garnished with crispy goat cheese and black olives

· Cod Tempura marinated in a piquillo pepper sauce

· Braised octopus paired with finely creamed Ratte potatoes and garlic sauce

• Main Courses

Baked Sea Bass spread over an Indonesian citronella and coconut sauce or a Black Agnus steak paired with a  sambal sauce, roasted shallots and black truffle juice.

• Dessert

Cheesecake topped in red fruits or Chocolate soup topped off with white chocolate and  a scoop of vanilla ice cream

• One bottle of Veuve Clicquot – Pinot Noire Champagne
