The mushroom and game menu designed by Executive Chef Mario Sandoval (2 Michelin stars) offers an exclusive gastronomic proposal, using local and seasonal products. It consists of four courses and a dessert. It is priced at €70 per person (drinks not included) and offers the possibility of harmonizing it with a selection of wines specially designed for the menu at a rate of €40 per person.
