The panel discussion will begin by briefly explaining what a Hotel Concierge is, his main functions and his role as a service professional in the hotel. In addition, the interesting history and origin of the Golden Keys "Les Clefs d'Or" will be explained.

Afterwards, a table will be opened where 3 or 4 Concierges of 5* hotels in Madrid will participate with a moderator who will ask questions about their day to day, how they manage customer requests, anecdotes that are lived in the hotel, and many more that you can not miss.
